About

Sadie Nardini is a wellness educator, anatomy specialist, digital entrepreneur, and founder of the Face HIIT Method, a revolutionary approach to natural face and neck fitness that has helped redefine modern holistic beauty practices. Over the course of more than two decades, she has become known for empowering women to age confidently through facial exercise, anatomy-based movement, mindful wellness, and plant-based skincare. Born and raised in Iowa, Sadie grew up in a creative household as the daughter of a rock-and-roll singer, artist, and lawyer. She spent much of her childhood outdoors exploring nature, fields, and creeks until a devastating accident at age thirteen changed the course of her life. After a grown man jumped on her head in a swimming pool, Sadie was left nearly paralyzed and forced into a long journey of recovery. During that recovery process, yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, and holistic health practices became foundational tools in rebuilding her strength and mobility. What began as rehabilitation evolved into a lifelong passion for anatomy, wellness, and helping others reconnect with their bodies in empowering ways. Sadie pursued higher education in Iowa and later Seattle, where she studied communications and sixteenth-century French literature, eventually earning a double Bachelor of Arts degree. Though initially pursuing journalism and writing, her path shifted after her yoga teacher moved to India and invited Sadie to take over teaching responsibilities. What began as an unexpected opportunity soon became a career calling. After relocating to New York City, Sadie quickly became recognized for her dynamic yoga classes, anatomy-focused teaching style, and empowering message around movement and self-expression. She went on to develop Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga (CSV Yoga), an anatomy-enhanced style that integrates deep core engagement with functional movement principles. She later expanded into additional methodologies including Yoga HIIT (Yoga Shred) and the Somatic Flexibility Technique. Driven by her fascination with anatomy and biomechanics, Sadie pursued extensive advanced studies through mentors including Leslie Kaminoff and The Breathing Project NYC, while also completing certifications in anatomy and exercise physiology connected to Harvard and Stanford educational programs. Her growing expertise in facial anatomy, myofascial release, and movement eventually led to the creation of her signature Face HIIT Method. Face HIIT combines high-intensity facial exercises, wrinkle-blocking hand positions, trigger point release techniques, and affordable plant-based skincare practices to naturally tone, sculpt, and support the face and neck. Sadie designed the method specifically as a holistic alternative to invasive cosmetic procedures and beauty industry dependency. What began as a personal experiment to improve her own face and neck health eventually evolved into a global movement. Today, Sadie has more than two million followers online and has helped tens of thousands of women worldwide through her programs, tutorials, and educational platforms. Her Face HIIT programs and online courses continue growing rapidly as more women seek natural approaches to visible aging and self-confidence. In addition to wellness education, Sadie was one of the earliest pioneers in digital yoga and online wellness teaching. Long before virtual learning became mainstream, she was already creating digital courses, online teacher trainings, and wellness programs through YouTube and online platforms. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Shape Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Yoga Journal, DailyOM, and numerous international wellness publications. She has also served as a keynote speaker at major global wellness events including Wanderlust, Yoga Journal Conferences, OMFit, Eudemonia, and IDEAFit. Outside of work, Sadie enjoys writing nonfiction, reading literature, composing music, beach walks in California, and spending time with her cats Annie, Freddie, and Bowie. She also supports animal welfare organizations and cruelty-free skincare companies. Today, Sadie Nardini continues leading the Face HIIT movement while helping women around the world reclaim confidence, embrace authenticity, and approach aging with strength, self-care, and empowerment rather than fear.
